The UIS Scholarship is open to family members of UIS members who have paid the current year’s dues. Eligible applicants are children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews of members. This is a Catholic high school scholarship. Students entering grades 9 through 12 of a Catholic school in the fall of the current year are eligible. Applicants living outside of Cincinnati are eligible.

UIS Scholarship Application 2022

The UIS Scholarship is open to family members of UIS members who have paid the current year’s dues. Eligible applicants are children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews of members. This is a Catholic high school scholarship. Students entering grades 9 through 12 of a Catholic school in the fall of the current year are eligible. Applicants living outside of Cincinnati are eligible.

A complete application includes the following items:
1) Completed application form
2) Transcript of grades. For those entering Grade 9, we need only a transcript of grades from the Eighth Grade.
3) Essays (2)

The completed application and required documents must be sent via U.S. Mail (snail mail) and received by a July 31, 2022.  Please note, this does not mean postmarked by that date. Please allow a few days for mailing. Faxed or emailed applications will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact Gail Vilardo Frommeyer, Chairperson, by email at scholarship@uiscincinnati.org or by phone at 859-341-7020.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, UIS monthly membership meetings were suspended, and all of the annual events we have all grown to enjoy were cancelled.

As a result, the Board has decided to suspend the payment of dues, for current members, for 2021.

By using Recent blog posts, you can display a list of the most recent blog posts, with links to the full posts. The list will include the date of each post and the name of the poster – with the name linking to their profile if available.

You can create as many different blogs as you wish. You can limit access to a blog by placing it on a restricted page. If you make the page public, you can still use the blog gadget settings to control functionality for visitors and members.
